The Creative Portrait Experience

FAQ
How do you price your sessions?
My prices are based on my time taking my clients pictures, editing (this is the most time), travel time to and from the session as well as the cost of my editing software, website host, equipment and professional development.
I DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR PHOTOS OR OUTFIT CHANGES, THE PRICE YOU PAY IS FOR EVERYTHING!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive your online gallery within 3 weeks of your session. I will send you 2-4 sneak peak images within 48 hours of your session. Your online gallery will be available for a year. You can download your images and make your own copies. I do ask that you please tag me in any postings on social media. Additionally, I ask that you do not alter the images in anyway (cropping, adding filters, etc).
I do offer professional products on my website store. If you choose to print on your own I recommend that you use a professional lab like to print high quality high resolution images.
How many pictures will we receive?
Each package comes with a minimum amount of edited pictures that will be provided. Often times I do provide more, but this is not guaranteed.
Where are you located and do you travel?
I am located in Lexington, KY. I will travel within 25 miles of Lexington at no charge. Any location outside that area will require an additional fee and mileage. I love to travel though, so just ask!!
Can I add more time to my session?
Absolutely, I charge $150 for 30 min and $300 for a hour.
Do you give your RAW files or unedited files to your clients?
Unfortunately the answer is no I do not. I do my best to professionally choose the images that best represent my clients, therefore I do not share my RAW or unedited images.
Will you re-edit images if a client asks you to?
It depends. If it is a simple ask, such as changing a color photo into black and white, the answer is yes. However, if there is additional editing being requested, that can be discussed for an additional fee.
Do you provide albums or products?
No, not at this time. You can download and make copies of your images from your gallery. I recommend using professional labs for high quality prints. I recommend Mpix Professional Lab.
